Flexo Surface Ink (SF)
Characteristics:
1- Alcohol is the main solvent in the formula, and the ink exhibits very low toxicity as well as low solvent retention.
2- Good printability, and easy operation.
3- Vivid color, high color saturation, and excellent fine tones.
4- General purpose, and can be printed on a versatile substrates.
Recommended film:
PET -------------------------------------- surface tension higher than 48 dyne
BOPP ------------------------------------ surface tension higher than 38 dyne
CPP -------------------------------------- surface tension higher than 38 dyne

Note:
1- The heat resistance of sf series is less than 120oC.
2- The ink will gel under low temperature, but it can come back when using hot water or vapor to heat ink without sacrificing the performance. Avoid heating the ink directly with fire, which may cause fire.
3- When under higher humidity (> 90%) and low temperature (< 10%), whiteness may appear on the printed ink. To avoid this, higher oven temperature is needed and also need to add some low evaporation solvent as n-Propyl Acetate, and Methoxy Propanol. |
