Flexo Water Based Ink (FW)
Characteristics:
1- Environment friendly, with high safety.
2- Excellent abrasion resistance.
3- Very high color, gloss and no effect on the background ink.
4- pH: 8 – 9 and solid content: 40% - 60%.
Application:
1- Reducer:
Reducer standard: Tap water
Fast drying: Tap water/ Ethanol = 8/2
2- Printing viscosity:
Speed of press (40 -> 100m/min) / 18 sec / zahn 2 / 25oC
3- Drying condition:
Oven temperature: 40 -> 100oC
4- pH adjustment:
Recommended that adding some ammonia into the ink to adjustment the pH between 8 – 9.
5- Cleaning:
Keep the cylinder turning and ink circulation all the time during the printing, and clean the cylinder and ink tank immediately after press stops. Please use weak Alkali solution (such as 1% ammmonia solution) to wash.

2- The instruction and data are obtained according to experiments/ result. For the difference of practical environment, the practical printing result may be different from the data. In practical printing, effects of environment should be considered. Recommend that all the printing materials must be tested before actual mass production. |
